“Storytelling is what connects us to our humanity. It is what links us to our past, and provides a glimpse into our future. Since humans first walked the earth, they have told stories, before even the written word or oral language” –

IRMS has developed a unique way of communicating vital corporate information using storytelling techniques. Our storytelling approach enables us to assist many organisations in breaking down complex subjects or issues into a win-win situation resolving difficult misunderstandings and inspiring unity and productivity.

The Next Generation

The next generation initiative was created to support children and young people in understanding the importance of safety, risk and good governance as they emerge into the 21st Century.

We have started engaging young people using storytelling approach in schools and higher institutions to educate them on whatever will create harm or affect their growth in life, making them aware of the importance of risk management skills.

Social and psychological risk initiatives (Oga Risk)

At IRSM, we will be exploring and conducting various sociological risk behaviours which could potentially destroy and create values in our society. We will be exploring and using social science methods of empirical investigation and critical analysis to develop a body of knowledge about social order, disorder, and change in the different communities and organisations. We believe this platform, could potentially offer valuable solutions to key human and social risks facing many organisations and businesses.
